Regenerating Charlestown

Keepmoat Homes has been appointed by Salford City Council as its preferred developer partner to transform and regenerate the Charlestown neighbourhood. We are currently working on the first phase of the build, concentrated around Owen Street, Auckland Drive and Eagle Drive. From here we will start to work our way towards Littleton Road as construction progresses.

Regenerating East Leeds

Keepmoat and development partners Strata Homes are working together to transform and regenerate the neighbourhoods of East Leeds – Seacroft, Halton Moor and Osmondthorpe. As well as providing approximately 1,500 new homes across 14 brownfield development sites, jobs and training opportunities will be made available for local people throughout the programme, including apprenticeships and training placements to address skills shortages.

Love Willow Park

Keepmoat Homes is working with Rochdale Council and The Riverside Group to transform derelict sites in the middle of Langley into a brand new development of around 250 family homes as part of the regeneration of the estate.

Working in partnership with Nottingham City Council, Keepmoat Homes has been selected to develop and transform Arkwright and Blackstone Walks. Once complete, The Edge, will consist of 111 new homes and apartments just a short walk from the city centre.
